With the growing health concerns, we would like to assure you that Avalon’s services, delivery and support are all fully operational. We are delivering all orders normally via USPS. To minimise contact, all parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery and/or collection.  
 
Fast, Free Shipping  
 
Avalon offers fast and free shipping on all orders and to anywhere within the USA. All our products are in stock at the Ohio warehouse and sent out directly to your designated address via USPS. Once you’ve placed an order online, it is dispatched either on the same or on the following business day. Please note that weekend orders are sent out on the following Monday.  
 
Delivery Time  
 
Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. The email will include tracking information and an estimated arrival date for your order. If you haven’t received a confirmation email from us, please check your spam or junk email folder (Hotmail and Live users especially). You can also track your order by visiting the order tracking page. Our estimated delivery time for all orders is 2 to 4 business days.  
 
Receiving Your Order  
 
Your order will be delivered by USPS. They require a signature on delivery and will normally not leave the parcel un-attended. If there is no one at the address to receive the delivery, they will leave a note for you to arrange a redelivery or pickup.  
 
Delivery to PO boxes  
 
We do not deliver to PO boxes. A signature is required upon receipt. Someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it. In case there is no one at the address to accept the package you will be left a note and will be able to arrange a redelivery or pickup from the nearest depot. When ordering from our site, we strongly recommend that you provide a contact phone number during the checkout process. This number may then be used by USPS to contact you when delivering your package.  
 
Pickup Service  
 
Avalon does not currently offer a pickup service, sorry. All orders are sent out directly from our warehouse. Delivery is fast and free, to anywhere within the USA.
